wrong people at the wrong place
Gosh.. if you place the wrong people at the wrong place.. and that people have to work with me..
There are two, well… I have to admit there are three possibilities of the result I foresee in case I have to work with this guy.
First, "we are not at the same page". He just don’t have enough experience to be my counterpart. We will facing long discussions. The team would become unproductive.
Second, "look, that what I’ve said before" ("gua bilang juga apa"). In case this sentence come up, I think I would be witholding my ideas, thoughts, and plans. It’s a matter of appreciation and respect. Take that from me, and I will be blocked. The team would become unproductive.
Third, hopefully, we can succeed doing these all. But this would become proof that my judgement is wrong.
