learning a lot though. quality process has many similarities across industries. what are the defects? which one(s) we should solved quickly? what is cause - effect relationship? how to translate customer’s view into specification?

pmbok offers quite simple model. but what about software engineering? so many points to control and measure. reminds me of my colleague saying: most complex project are software development projects.
